Taken together, these individual projects form a meaningful overall picture: the creation and preservation of a "park of cultural landscapes" in our region.
The participating municipalities, the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Union have formulated a so-called "Green Master Plan". This set of rules facilitates the qualification of individual projects so that each one makes an important contribution towards achieving the objectives.
